We work closely with you for a 6-month period as your trusted advisor, sounding board and coach to ensure you achieve the transformation you are looking for.
Build self-awareness and focus
Through a customized set of conversations we help you understand your own leadership “auto-pilot” and which parts of this are still useful and which parts need an upgrade.
Discover your blindspots
Even the most self-aware leaders have blindspots. We have in-depth interviews with up to 7 of your main stakeholders (e.g. co-founders, team members, investors and spouse/ partner) to gather insights on your strengths and growth areas. You’ll learn how to best lead, influence and motivate each of your stakeholders best.
Make the change
Instead of just developing awareness or gaining insight, your coach will be a trusted advisor that will challenge you, hold you accountable, support you and inspire you to make sure you practice new mindsets and behaviours consistently.
Measurable progress
Through simple frameworks and techniques, we will measure and validate your progress on a regular basis through perceptions of stakeholders and relevant business metrics. At the end, a customized stakeholder mini-survey will measure ROI of the entire coaching exercise.

Frequently asked questions

There will be bi-monthly calls of 60 min over a six month period. The feedback debrief session takes an additional two hours. Finally, any needs-based ad-hoc support can be added. In summary about 45-60 min per week

You will have a chemistry call with one of our coaches that we feel would be the best match for you. You can then decide to move ahead with that coach. If for some reason you do not want to work with this coach, we offer one more option after that.

Many founders do not have full clarity on how to specifically further progress as a leader. That is where the coaching can be helpful. Your coach will provide the tools and conditions for you to get real clarity on your key growth areas in a way that aligns with what matters to your most important stakeholders. After your first two conversations you generally have much more clarity already.

We have seen that founders generally don’t get less busy over time. Actually, the coaching can help you prioritize and manage your time and energy better if that would be helpful. However, we have seen that coaching is most impactful post Series A round once there is a more established team and structure in place.
