Binny co-founded Flipkart in 2007 and played a pivotal role in scaling it to market leadership in Indian e-commerce, solving many fundamental customer and supply problems along the way. He is also a prolific angel investor and mentor with over thirty investments in the startup ecosystem. Now, at xto10x, Binny would like to translate his personal experience into a platform that can help startups around the world scale successfully.

Saiki spent 15 years at McKinsey & Company which he left (as a Senior Partner) in early 2015 to move to the startup ecosystem, first as the Head of Ekart (Flipkart’s supply chain business) and then as the Head of Marketplace at Ola. Across his 18+ year career he has built deep global experience in strategy, operations and organisation and applied these as a senior leader in the startup ecosystem, using a product-first approach to solving business problems.

Neeraj has played a key role in scaling two of the most talked about companies in the Indian start-up ecosystem. At Ekart, his team made several breakthroughs in both service quality and cost, achieving 99%+ perfect delivery and doubling productivity across all facilities almost every year. At Eat.Fit, he built on his experience both as an operating leader and as a people leader – scaling the Eat.Fit business as well as leading the People Operations function at Cure Fit.
