We have in-depth interviews with up to 7 of your main stakeholders (e.g. co-founders, team members, investors and spouse/ partner) to gather insights on your strengths and growth areas. You’ll learn how to best lead, influence and motivate each of your stakeholders best.

Instead of just developing awareness or gaining insight, your coach will be a trusted advisor that will challenge you, hold you accountable, support you and inspire you to make sure you practice new mindsets and behaviours consistently.

Measurable progress
Through simple frameworks and techniques, we will measure and validate your progress on a regular basis through perceptions of stakeholders and relevant business metrics. At the end, a customized stakeholder mini-survey will measure ROI of the entire coaching exercise.
